SELLER
When you call us, we will give all options and help decide what is best for your family. Give the 1st few steps to begin that process. If you choose a short sale, we will meet with you to gather documents (if you are local, if not we work by mail and fax) and within 5 days of having all your paper, we have the home listed with Lisa Welsh, of Arda Realty at an aggressive fair market price and a short sale package submitted to the lender. We give frequent updates to all parties and we are here to answer any questions. WHY CALL US? All we do is short sales, this is our specialty and WE LOVE THEM!!!!

AGENT
Every agent is different you either LOVE short sales or HATE short sales. Well we know an agent who LOVES short sales. Lisa Welsh, with Arda Realty ~ www.ARDArealty.com will be happy to consult with your client providing them with all their options. When they decide to go with a short sale, Lisa will arrange for a 30% referral fee.
